All accepted abstracts will be published electronically in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN (free of charge).

In addition, Full-paper Conference Proceedings will be issued with ISBN (free of charge).

Both English and Turkish-language submissions are equally welcome.

Papers and abstracts should be submitted using online submission system.
